The Mentor Match Program is a 10-week experience designed to turn casual networking into supportive mentoring.
We move past the small talk and get straight to the action. Over 10 weeks, we give you the scripts, the blueprint, and the structure to ensure every conversation has a tangible outcome.

The truth is, good intentions are everywhere, but a practical plan is hard to find.

Mentees are often holding back, afraid that asking for a specific introduction or a "C-suite secret" might seem too bold or transactional.
In turn, mentors genuinely want to help, but they aren’t mind-readers. They have a lifetime of earned perspective to share, but without a roadmap, they fall back on general advice because they don't know the best way to truly open doors for you.

A 10-Week Mentoring Experience
Participants will engage in a total of five virtual meetings via Zoom:
Kick-off Meeting
Establishing the relationship, discussing goals and expectations.
Three Progress Meetings
Focused sessions to dive deeper into specific challenges and opportunities for growth.
Wrap-Up Meeting
A closing session to review progress, assess achievements, and outline next steps.
On-Demand Support
Post-program, mentees can reach out to their mentors via email for any follow-up questions or guidance, allowing for continued support beyond structured meetings.
Optional In-Person “Coffee Meetings”
Depending on the mentor and mentee’s locations, an informal coffee meeting can be arranged. This in-person touchpoint can be a great way to enhance the connection and facilitate more open dialogue.
Long-Term Relationship Building
While the program is structured with specific meeting times, our goal is to cultivate a mentorship dynamic that extends beyond the formal schedule, fostering a supportive relationship that can last years.
